SCOPE OF PRACTICE

I do not offer any diagnosis of health conditions or attempt to 'treat' any health conditions or symptoms and should not do so during the consultation, however I may suggest foods and lifestyle changes to help improve the functioning of different systems of the body and improve health and wellbeing in general.

CONSULTATION POLICIES:

After your discovery call. Consultations are confirmed via email and a reminder text sent 24 hours prior.

Payment is taken prior to the consultation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

I politely request 24 hours notice for cancellation to save you incurring the cost of the consultation.

FACILITIES:

I run sessions from a dedicated space in Bath. My practice days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

I cannot treat any specific disease or named condition but can work with you to support your organs and body systems in order to prevent disease and maintain/improve your health.

If you are on prescribed medication by your GP no specialist supplement recommendations cannot be made. Instead interventions will concentrate on diet and lifestyle changes.

Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) we control and / or process any personal information about you electronically using the following lawful bases.

  • We are exempt from registration in the ICO Data Protection Register because we use Mailchimp double opt in GDPR compliant newsletter sign and consent is given for client records to be kept at the time of consultation (these are not processed electronically).

    We process your information in the following ways: If you subscribed to the newsletter your data will be held on a GDPR compliant MailChimp mailing list until such time as you opt out. Your personal information provided within a consultation is stored securely on site and in line with GDPR guidelines.
    Data retention period: We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists. Your personal records used for the purpose of consultation will be stored securely for seven years.
    Sharing your information: We do not share your information with third parties.

Email marketing messages & subscription

Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. We only collect certain data about you, as detailed in the "Processing of your personal date" above. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an EMS, email marketing service provider. An EMS is a third party service provider of software / applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.

Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.

Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with the GDPR and the PECR. We provide you with an easy method to withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) or manage your preferences / the information we hold about you at any time.
