An initial standalone 90-minute consultation (f2f or online) is £65.00.
Then, we work together weekly in 60-minute sessions.
Most clients work with me for an average of 12-16 weeks. However, this is very individual, and you may find you need fewer or more sessions; we work together as long as it feels supportive.
60 min sessions are £50, or you can book four sessions at a time at a reduced rate of £188

Specific tools and strategies to help you understand your relationship with food and learn to respect and nourish your body.
In-between sessions you will be provided with self-guided reflective practices, coaching exercises and guided meditations, built around the principles of disordered eating and body image recovery, and gentle nutrition to help you explore, understand and nourish your relationship with food.
A journal to help record your thoughts and insights on this journey.
