Self Worth Meditation

Our ability to voice our needs, assert ourselves, exert boundaries, and give ourselves unconditional permission to rest, starts with valuing ourselves and what we do.

When we have a low sense of self worth how we relate to rest, our needs, wants, desires and asserting our rights becomes difficult, leading us toward resentment, overwhelm and burnout.

In this short meditation we practice with visualisation and affirmation rooting down into a sense of self worth.
