We will explore why fussy eating occurs. The tools you can use to introduce new foods and support your child to widen the variety of foods they eat, all whilst helping them maintain a happy and healthy relationship with food.
Learn how the language you use to describe food and eating can provide the foundations for healthy relaxed family eating.
You will be shown how to put together a family meal that encourages the trying of new foods (no more cooking different meals!)
There will be tea/coffee and a healthy sweet treat for you to try, along with a recipe card to take home with you.
It is a good idea to bring a notepad and pen as you may want to make notes during this information packed session!
